Terms & conditions

These terms apply to every order at Padelkit. We wrote them to be readable.

1. Who we are

Padelkit, owned by Thomas Vedder, Vrouwengelukhof 58, 1061 BS Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) 95943420, VAT NL005182627B44. Reachable at hallo@padelkit.nl and +31 6 4497 0320.

2. Scope

These terms apply to every offer by Padelkit and to every distance contract concluded between you and Padelkit. Deviating terms apply only if we agreed to them in writing.

3. Offer and contract

Our product pages are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. The contract is concluded once we confirm your order by email. If an offer contains an obvious error or typo, we are not bound by it; we will tell you straight away and refund you.

4. Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown in the basket before you pay; nothing is added at checkout. Volume discounts are applied automatically, without a code.

5. Payment

Payment runs through our payment provider (iDEAL, credit card, Bancontact). We never see your payment details: they are processed exclusively by that provider.

6. Delivery

We deliver to all 27 EU member states. Delivery times per country are shown on Shipping & delivery and are honest ranges, not guarantees. If it takes substantially longer, get in touch — we will fix it or refund you. Risk passes to you once you have received the goods.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. The details are on Right of withdrawal, including the model form.

8. Warranty

Your statutory rights apply. On top of that we give a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects; see Returns & warranty. Normal wear, accidental damage and misuse are excluded.

9. Complaints

Write to hallo@padelkit.nl. We answer within one working day and look for a solution first, not for a clause. If we cannot work it out, the European Commission's ODR platform is open to you.

10. Applicable law

Dutch law applies. As a consumer you do not thereby lose the protection of mandatory provisions of the country where you live.
