14 days to change your mind

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email hallo@padelkit.nl and we will send you the return address. Please do not ship anything back before you have that address — our returns go through our supplier, and an unannounced parcel has a hard time finding its way there.

What you get back

The full order amount including standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of us receiving your return, refunded the same way you paid. You pay the cost of returning the goods.

Trying things on is fine

You may inspect what you would inspect in a shop: put shoes on, hold a racket, try a shirt. Playing a match with it goes further than that — then we may deduct the loss in value.

2-year warranty

Every product carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects, counted from the day you receive it. Email us with your order number and a description or photo of the fault; we arrange repair, replacement or a refund.

Not covered: normal wear, accidental damage and misuse. A worn grip or a smooth sole is not a fault, it is padel.

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit them.
