Privacy policy

Short version: we collect as little as possible, sell nothing on, and you can always ask what we hold.

What we process

When you order: name, delivery address, email address and, if given, phone number. Without these no parcel arrives. Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

When you ask a question: whatever you put in the form or your email. Legal basis: legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

When you visit the site: anonymous statistics about pages visited. We use a self-hosted tool without cookies and without profiling; individual visitors are not identifiable.

Payments

Payments run through our payment provider. Card and bank details never reach us; we only see whether a payment succeeded.

Who else sees your data

Only those who need it for your parcel to arrive: our supplier and the carrier. We do not sell data and do not pass it on for advertising.

How long we keep it

Order data for seven years — tax law requires it. Questions and emails are deleted once resolved, at the latest after two years.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. An email to hallo@padelkit.nl is enough; we answer within a month. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
